There are many types of micro switch terminals, including solder terminals, straight PCB terminals, right side PCB terminals, left side PCB terminals, and so on. Let's first explain the welding terminals and some precautions for welding.
Soldering terminal type 1:
Terminals used in the welding tank: Put the welding terminals in the welding tank at +235 ℃ at the specified speed, time and depth. The terminals should not be loose and the insulation distance should not change.
Soldering iron using terminal: When the specified soldering iron tip temperature +350℃, the solder with a diameter of 0.8 mm should melt on the terminal for 2 to 3 seconds, the terminal must not be loose, and the insulation distance must not be changed.
Solder terminal type 2:
Terminals used in the welding tank: Put the welding terminals into the welding groove at +260℃ at the specified speed, time and depth. The terminals should not be loose and the insulation distance should not be changed.
Soldering iron terminal: When the specified soldering iron tip temperature is +350℃, the solder with a diameter of 0.8 mm should melt on the terminal for 5 seconds, the terminal must not be loosened, and the insulation distance must not be changed.
It should be noted that when working, never put pressure on the upper part of the terminal, otherwise the device may not work normally.
If the switch is used at a relatively small current or voltage, it is best to choose a low-power circuit, that is, Au clad contacts. At the same time, when using the switch, pay attention to waterproofing and the temperature should be within the specified range. Only when all the above conditions are met, this switch can exert its maximum ability and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Only in this way can the service life of the switch be extended.
Elements of welding:
1. The heating time is 3 seconds. If it is too short, the liquid solder will not flow into the solder hole, and the tin piled up into a circle or oval is unqualified; if the time is too long (the pad is easily damaged for more than 10 seconds, the components are generally resistant to high temperatures and are not easily damaged by soldering).
2. The evacuation angle of the soldering iron should be 0 degrees away from the pad, not 45 degrees or 90 degrees. If you evacuate the foot along the pad 45 degrees or 90 degrees, the tin pile will appear elliptical and spherical.
