Application Of Micro Switch in Water Dispenser

Generally, 89% of water dispenser manufacturers choose waterproof micro switches because of their dust and waterproof design (IP67). Water dispensers are suitable for home and similar applications, such as employee kitchen areas in shops, offices and other work environments, customers in farmhouses, hotels, motels and other residential environments, bed and breakfast environments, catering and similar non-retail applications.
The most popular water dispenser is the bottled water dispenser. The water supply for this machine comes from an inverted water bottle, which is placed on top of the water cooler. When the water bottle is turned upside down and put into the opening on the top of the water cooler, the sealing port of the water bottle is cut off or pierced by a part called a "nail", allowing the water to flow into the water cooler.
Automatic cleaning water cooler — easy to use
The drinking fountain needs to be cleaned occasionally to prevent the accumulation of mineral deposits and bacteria. Proper cleaning can maintain the quality and taste of the water. Although cleaning most coolers only takes a while, with elbow grease and some vinegar or bleach, not everyone is willing to do this. In this case, a self-cleaning water cooler can be a valuable investment.
The working principle of the water cooler in the drinking fountain
There is a valve inside the water cooler to prevent the water in the bottle from entering the water cooler. The water in the water cooler is sent to the reservoir, which is cooled by refrigerant. Refrigerant is the cooling medium circulating in the pipe near the liquid receiver in the water cooler. Due to the pressure generated by the compressor in the water cooler, the refrigerant changes from liquid to gas as it moves to the receiver in the pipeline. The cooling gas in the water pipe is forced to pass through a valve to make it cooler.
When the refrigerant exists in the form of gas and circulates in the pipeline, it can absorb the heat of the mineral water in the storage, making cooling and refreshing water easy to obtain. The heat in the refrigerant is then discharged from the water cooler.
When people turn on the quick action switch button and dispense water, the machine will fill the reservoir and start the process again. If the reservoir is empty for dispensing, it will take a few minutes before the water cooler cools it down to a low temperature.
